Can any body tell me how to add an image from my website into my e-mail
without changing it to an embedded image.

I want to be able to keep it as a link and display the picture when someone
reads the email

Version of Outlook? Basically, you copy the path in the link and insert it
with the same html code you use in the site - but different versions of
Outlook have alternate methods.

I'm using Outlook 2003 with Wrod 2003 as my e-mail editor.

I can't see how I can insert html code? Do you mean something like: -
<img src="www.mysite.com/images/mylogo.gif">

Thank you
