how do i add a heading to an already existing resume?

i want to add a heading to a resume that i already created using resume
wizard...i tired to cut and paste and it didnt really align right.....any
help?
 
The résumé templates in Word are set up as tables. Display table gridlines
(Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see what you're working with. Add rows
as you would to any table to add to any category.
