how do i add a folder to the "send to" on mouse right click

I need to add a folder to the send to list on the right click of the mouse,
have done this on an older pc with win98, but now i have an xp media center
and cant find the send to -folder.

Start | Run | SendTo
Right click > New > Shortcut > Enter Folder Path > Next > Enter Name > Finish
