How do I add a button to document that sends document as an email

to add a button to the form that send the document back to a designated email

Be aware that if the customer has the macro security level set to
High, the mail-back function will be disabled. There's nothing you can
do about this other than to tell the recipients that they must enable
macros before opening the document.
