HOW DO I ADD A 9 PREFIX TO ALL MY TELEPHONE NUMBERS IN THE CONTAC

I need to amend all my "contacts" by placing a "9" at the begining of the
telephone number.This is to enable me to link the telephone numbers to my
phone.

Can you configure it in the Windows dialing properties? (control panel,
phone and modem options)
