How do I access my Outlook 200SR email from another computer?

I am leaving for a 3 week vacation and would like to be able to check my
email from a computer where I will be staying.
 
Where are you getting your mail from? If it's your ISP check if they have a
web client for your mailbox since many ISPs do now. If it's an Exchange
Server check with the admin staff to see if Outlook Web Access is available
