If you mean you'd like to access your mail server from another computer,
then you create an account on that computer in that computer's email program
that access your mail server, exactly like you did when you set your own
computer up. Alternatively, if your mail server has a web-based interface
(and most ISPs do), then access it that way.

If you mean you want to access the mail on the computer with no power
supply, how can you think that would be possible with that computer off?

If this computer you are using is only temporary then you will also want to
select to leave a copy of the messages on the server when you setup the
account so that when you go back to your old computer you will still have
access to all the e-mails that you check on the temporary machine.
