How do I access Attachment Options in Outlook?

How do I access the ability to modify the file size of attaching jpg or
picture files to outgoing email messages in Outlook?

There is no such option. Outlook has no size limits. However, the mail
server you're using may, and that's not an Outlook issue.

Care to describe your symptoms and state your version of Outlook?
 
In OUTLOOK 2003, starting with the steps I take:

Step one – “create new messageâ€

Step two – click on paperclip to insert file, select picture from file,
insert and “Attachment Options†box appears on far right below the subjet line

Step three – clicking on “Attachment Options†box opens up “Picture Optionsâ€
allowing me to resize picture pixels to a small, medium, large, or do not
resize

This is on our computers at work, but my home Outlook 2003 does not have
this option. I have screen shots I can show you, but this response format
does not allow my to paste it here. Do you have a email I can send my screen
shots to better explain? Thanks for the help.
