I want to insert a flag picture from a floppy disc to avery labels 2 1/3 by 3
3/8". I put the disc in but I don't know how to activate it to insert the
flag on each label.

Same way you insert the picture on any report, in an Image Control or a
Bound OLE Control. But, if you mean, how do you add that picture to the
Avery Label Wizard, my answer would be that I wouldn't touch that wizard
with a ten-foot pole.
