Is this a PowerPoint question? PowerPoint isn't the best tool to use to
build a website.

Probably DreamWeaver.
Front Page will do a respectable job also.

For that matter, you could use Notepad if you can read/write HTML code. :-)

If you're really a dummie, you will probably have a hard time creating Web
pages at all, so the best you will be able to do is create a Word document
and save it as a Web page. This is really easy, but it doesn't make very
good Web pages. I suspect that you are less of a dummie than you let on (if
everyone who didn't know how to make a Web page were dummies, then some of
the smartest people I know are dummies). You can try programs like Microsoft
FrontPage, DreamWeaver, or Adobe GoLive. You can go to Yahoo and use some of
their free tools. Or you can try to work from HTML (it's not as hard as it
seems). You might want to check out the Web Page Creation section of the
site for one of my classes:

The first two documents will get you started with using NotePad or WordPad
(or TextPad or SimpleText on a Mac) to create Web pages. The other documents
are good references. I particularly like draac.com.
