How delete a Network Place

I have a network place which I will never use again. It is called
"Stapleton." I've tried to delete it but get a message that it cannot
be deleted. What is the correct way to delete a Network Place?

I just RMB click on it and click Delete. I have never experiened a
problem so I don't know any more than that at this time.

RMB? What does this mean? I tried right clicking on it - then click
Delete - but it won't go away.
