How create a service fron one .exe

HI,

Could someone give one idea about how create a service in
Windows 2000 server, I got one application that needs to
lance one .exe and them leave the server lockuot to work,
I have tought that one way out could be create a service
that will star again every time that I reboot the machine
Thankns in advance for any help
