How come my text watermark shows when printed but not onscreen?

I can view the text watermark only sometimes in the print view, but then when
I switch to print preview it disappears, however, the watermark does print.
I need to be able to viiew it onscreen.
Please help!

First thing to try is updating your graphics card driver from the manufacturer's
website.
