How clear passwords?

Am using WinXP professional and IE6...I noticed after I entered a login at a
website this morning that the PC auto-filled the password. Sure, I probably
checked "save password".

But where are all these passwords going...is there a file on the PC that is
accumulating a list of logins and passwords? Which is it, and can I
erase/clear it out periodically?

Thanks,
George

Hi George

Open Windows Explorer and go to Tools>Internet
Options>Content>AutoComplete... Select the options you want in there.

In IE6, select Tools > Internet Options > Content tab > Autocomplete
button > Clear passwords button.
