How can you merge data from one sheet to another sheet which has .

I have a document which has merged cells and I am trying to copy some
information into them but it keeps saying 'Cannot change part of a merged
cell' Can anyone help me? If I cant do this then Im going to have to
individually enter 2000 data entries....!!!
 
Copy collumn by collumn or row by row or create a duplicate copy and unmerge
the merged cells first and then copy all
 
Welcome to the Wonderful World of Merged Cells which causes so many problems it
should have been removed from Excel with the SR-1 patch after being introduced
in XL97 and never added to later versions.

Unmerge the cells and do your copying/pasting.
