can we perform Distrubute transaction between SQL Server and Oracle,
and how can we do that?

There are better guys like me active in this newsgroup about SQL Server and
Oracle.

However as advice, try to change your addres name in newsgroup to Latin
characters as messages with Asian addresses are mostly spam in the non Asian
newsgroups.
