HOW CAN THE "SAVE WEB PAGE" DIALOG BOX BE RESIZED?

I have searched everywhere and am stumped. How can I resize the IE6 "Save
Web Page" dialog box?

Also how can I get it to open in the Details View?

Hope someone can help.

be good if the add favs box could be resised as well

maybe if Firefox does it - MS will spring into action . . .
