How Can SP2 be New?

The last time I checked in January 2004, I had service pack 2
installed showing 17 hotfixes and 23 other updates. Do I need to
download and install the newly issued SP2?

What version of Outlook are we talking about? Both Outlook 2000 and 2002 are
at SP3 already

What version of Outlook are we talking about? Both Outlook 2000 and 2002 are
