I really need to know how can I include sound files to presentations, so that
they can be played in any computer without having to put it there before.

Also if anybody knows how Office XP animation effects can be "played" in a
computer with an older version of powerpoint that would be very helpful.

I'm entering a very important Competition so I need to have everything in
one single file regardles of what the computer has installed.

For those who don't have PowerPoint 2002, they can download and install the
PowerPoint 2003 Viewer from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...27-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&DisplayLang=en

If the sound file MUST be embedded, you should convert it to WAV format and then
go to Tools > Options > General and set the size limitation to 50000 (50 MB).
Then delete the previous version of the file and insert the WAV. Please note
that a WAV file will average 10 times larger than its size as an MP3 or WMA
file.
