How can I view my emails in my inbox by name (with subheadings)?

I want to view the names of who sent the emails in my inbox, but is there a
way to sort the view so it looks like this:

Matt Smith

Matt Smith XXXX July 3, 2005
Matt Smith XXXXx September 3, 2005

Can it create subheadings of the names who sent the emails?

Hi,
Open your Inbox
Click View <Current View < Customize Current View <Fields button
Choose your fields from the list or create a new one clicking the NEW button.
On the fields ruler click the fields and drag them to the wanted place.
Click the fields for the wanted sorting order "Ascending" or Descending".

Click the From field to sort by the sender. Then click View>Arrange By>Show
in Groups.
