Yes. You need contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for information and instructions on how to set up your email

Who is your email service provider? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider.

If your only email address is @yahoo.com, be advised that most free
Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no POP access.
Windows Mail does not handle Yahoo webmail.
There are four possible solutions:

1. How did you access Yahoo mail before? If you are happy with
webmail via your browser, you can continue to use that.

2. Pay Yahoo to get their premium "Mail Plus" service:

and use the special settings for that service:

3. Another option is called YPOPs. It is free, but requires some technical
knowledge to implement:

4. Instead of Yahoo, use the email address provided by your ISP.
