how can i use my t.v as my pc monitor

I'm trying to figure out how can I use my t.v as a monitor for my pc .I'm using windows media center xp professional

You need to have a connection from the video card out on your computer to
the video and audio in of your television. The most common would be a S-VHS
connection. If you don't have TV-Out from your computer, you're screwed.
