how can I use hotmail.co.uk with MS OUTLOOK 2003?

I am having problems linking my hotmail.co.uk account to outlook 2003. Need
some help Pls.
 
Hotmail.com addresses required a paid subscription to use HTTP protocol in
Outlook and OE. I don't know if UK addresses do.

Not really. My account with hotmail set up OL without a hitch. Not a paid
account. Then again I had before the Sept 2004 cut off date.
