how can i use colors in conditional formulas if i want the result.

i have used conditional formulas in setting my excel sheet.now i want to
result of the formula to be marked with specific colr(red for example) if the
answer is yes otherwise to be marked with another color.that is how to use
colors in conditional formulas????
