How can I use an epad for word?

I think Moe was referring to a piece of handwriting-capture hardware
(http://www.integrisign.com/products/epad/epad.html), which comes with its
own software.

It's likely that no one in this newsgroup has ever seen one of these things
or has any definite knowledge of how to use it with Word. If the software
can save the capture in one of the standard graphic file formats (JPG, PNG,
BMP, GIF, TIFF, etc.), then Word's command Insert > Picture > From File will
bring it into a document. Otherwise, ask the ePad vendor for help.

Hi Moe,

If you have the Integrisign Signature Software from Interlink with your Interlink EPad they have a plug in that allows the E-Pad to
work with MS Word

A lot of the epad hardware functionallity comes from developing/customizing 'forms' in that software to display on the epad screen.

Word 2003 has its own capability (optional install) to support signatures and handwriting through an external device.
