How can I upload a spreadsheet to MS Money Deluxe (or convert)??

I have spreadsheets full of finance data.

I want to upload but Microsoft's Money Deluxe does not import these files.

any Idea how I can get them converted?
 
Is the file in Excel? If so, why put it in an inferior spreadsheet? Excell
has a lot more to offer than MS Money,
