How can I type a sentence vertically?

HI, I would like to know if anyone knows how to type a sentence vertically on
a page going from top to bottom or vise versa with the letters side ways?
here is a partcial example.

H
E
L
L
O

But with the letters turned side ways.

Hi Ashahiyd

Insert a single cell table in your document and set the Text Direction property for that
cell. If you want text to the right of your vertical text insert a TextBox into your
document and insert the table into the TextBox. You can then flow the text around the
TextBox as you require.
