How can I transfer Hotmail contacts to MS Office Outlook?

I'd like to transfer my "contacts" in MSN Hotmail into my MS Office Outlook
Express. How does one go about this?
 
Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

MS Office Outlook and Outlook Express are two different applications. Which
do you mean?
