How can I tell which UDMA mode I am running?

Device Manager for Primary IDE Channel only indicates that my HDD is
accessed in UDMA mode, but it doesn't say whether it's UDMA6, UDMA5 or
even UDMA2... (my HDD is a UDMA6 (i.e. ATA133) drive).

How can I tell which UDMA mode I am running?

Thanks,
Sam
