How can I synchronise Outlook folders between my PC and laptop

I run both a lap top and PC which I run on a home network. I would like to
synchronise outlook so that emails I download remotely with my laptop can be
seen on my PC's Outlook also. My concern is that I forget important emails
because I cannot see them on both machines

Thanks for your help Brian. given the increasing use of laptops pda's etc
isn't it odd that outlook hasn't been built with a synchronisation facility
between the lap and pc

Actually, I use a PDA for that. ActiveSync with a PDA allows me to keep my
work computer and my home computer perfectly synchronized.
