How can I sync my iPhone to Outlook running on Windows on a Mac?

Outlook is the only thing that keeps me on a Windows machine at all.
But I want to use an iPhone instead of a BlackBerry. Is there a way to
do this and get contacts, tasks and calender maybe even notes from my
Outlook onto an iPhone and back?
 
Check with Apple - they use iTunes Outlook add-in for syncing.

As Milly said, but be careful. The iTunes add-in is buggy and can do odd
things to appointments in Outlook.
