How can i switch users?

I tried to switch and i got a message "a recently installed program
'tvt_gina.dll' disabled the welcome screen." I found it in my windows
system32 file but i couldn't delete it. How can i uninstall it or resolve
this?

You should repost on a newsgroup for your version of Windows. The webpage can
be confusing; this group is for questions about the database software
Microsoft Access.

I'd really suggest running a good antivirus and anti-spyware program though:
your computer may have been compromised.

A Google search for tvt_gina.dll turns up a heap of links as well.
