How can I stop outlook looking for a disk in drive A at start up?

Each time i start outlook, it looks for a disk in Drive A:\ and gives me the
message "There is no disk in the drive, Please insert a disk in the drive."
and gives me a cancel, try again and Continue option. How can I correct this?
 
Did you save your last attachment to a floppy? Save an attachment to the
Desktop and see if Outlook still looks for a floppy now..
