How can I sort worksheet tabs in Excel 97?

I spent the last 3 years on your continent (Amsterdam, NL) but now I'm
in Guam which is an island in the Pacific Ocean.

These web sites look impressive but as stated I don't know VB. I
looked and I do have Microsoft Visual Basic Editor (clock
Tools/Macro/Visual Basic Editor). How do I get the stuff on the web
site into workbook so I can use it?
