How can I set up documents so the margins print the same on any p.

My documents print fine, however, when I e-mail them the person at the other
end has to adjust the margins. How can I prevent this? We have office 2000.

Generally speaking, just make them generous. Word's default 1" top and
bottom margins will accommodate any printer, but the 0.5" footer margin is
too small for many inkjets. Increase to 0.6" or 0.75", though, and you
should be safe on virtually any printer. For landscape pages, make both left
and right margins generous; inkjet printers vary in which way they orient
the page, so either side could be the trailing one (which always has the
largest unprintable area).
