How can I set up a marquee?

Does anyone know how to set up a scrolling marquee as your signature on your
email in Outlook 2000? I understand I have to use html but am a total
beginner and need step by step help.

Then you need to reference an HTML tutorial. Your problem is independent of
Outlook.
 
Hi,
I'm not sure if you are still interested but you can do a search on the web
for Animated Signatures. You will find links to sites that offer free
signatures (I've seen some scrolling ones) and more elaborate signatures that
you have to pay for. Once you get your signature file, you create a new
signature and insert the file into the new signature. I have several and
they work great!
