How can I set up a blog page on my FP web?

I have a Yahoo Group that allows posting the last few messages via something
they call RSS (Really Simple Syndication). As I understand it, RSS is XML
that ties back to the group's page and allows for the displaying of the last
dozen or so messages.

How can I use this in Front Page?

if there's some code that the yahoo group has for you to paste into your
page, just set the cursor in your page where you want it to appear
(FrontPage design view). then hit; insert/ web component/ advanced control/
HTML. paste the code from the yahoo group into this dialog box (that will
prevent FrontPage from messing with it and give you a visual cue as to where
you placed it.) you'll see a web bot tag.
then publish and visit your page.

If it doesn't work come back and give the URL for the page you did this on.

You want to display RSS or create an RSS feed?
Either way..yes you can do it. I can't advise though as I am figuring it out myself right now.

If you wish to display rss you can use the tools at:
http://www.rss-specifications.com/display-rss.htm

If you wish to create the feeds and display them, you can use FeedForAll
http://www.feedforall.com in addition to saving as an rss file you can export
them as .html and create fancy webpages using templates.
