I live in US, and I try to create a fax distribution list in Outlock XP from
my address book, but some fax numbers are outside US. Some of these numbers
use the international dialing code starting with +1 but another use +011. If
I write +011 (cod) number the fax/moden don't recognize it and if I write 011
cod number in the distribution list appear +1 011 cod number. What can I do
to send my list with 011?

You'll need to use international format for your numbers and then creating
the appropriate dialing rules.
The Windows XP Fax service will not process dialing rules unless the phone
number to which you are sending the fax is in "international format."
Details on how to use international format to invoke dialing rules are
available here:

Russ, thank for your answer, but the fax number in my contact list are in
canonical form, but the Windows XP Fax only recognize the form +1 (cod)
number, and don't the form +011 (cod) number. (PD: Sorry my english)

Odd.
That may be a limitation of dialing rules. That is not an Outlook issue. You
might try asking in one of the Windows XP groups.
