Someone has told me that I can have a list of email contacts...
And by automation, I can send an 'individual' email to each of the
email addresses using Outlook.

i.e. the email would be something like:

Dear <name>

Standard message to all...
etc. etc.

How can I do this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi, Jammer!

Btw, if you'll meet the problems with mail merge, try our Microsoft
Outlook add-ins:

- Mail Merge Toolkit to add some useful features to Office mail merge
- Send Personally -- alternative way to easy send personalized messages

Use a mail merge in Word to the email output format.

Use a mail merge in Word to the email output format.
Is this the only way?
I'm the person who told me about it simply uses the addresses stored in Outlook.

Are there any links to tutorials for the way you have suggested?
Let me know.
Thanks.
