How can I send and receive pst files using Outlook 2003?

In my business we use Contact forms to store information. We need move full directories in bulk to another person to process it. PST files seems like the right way, but OUTLOOK wants to protect us from executable files and blocks receipt. How can I get around this? Thanks.
