How can I send a document to a group for review, but have the document go from one peron to the other in order?

This isn't something you can realize very easily unless you are familiar
with Exchange, Form design in Outlook and Workflows.
You should find a great deal of information when you start here;

For Office applications such as Word, one can try to use the Route Document
feature. For example, from Word, choose File - Send To - Routing Recipient
Add all of the email addresses and select One After Another option.

However, I have known this to have problems, especially when the address
list comprises email addresses from both Exchange Sever clients and external
addresses.

Regards,
Moose

What about using Word to route?
