I like to send bcc e-mails so I don't pass everybody's addresses around. But
I also would like to be able to see to whom I sent the e-mail in my "sent
items" - currently I cannot see that. How can I set it up so that when I do
send a "bcc", I can see to whom I sent it? Would love some help with this,
it drives me nuts!!! Thanx in advance!

While viewing your Sent Items Folder, press the keyboard key marked Ctrl,
and at the same time press the F3 key, on the top row of your keyboard.

THANX VERY MUCH STEVE! Another good one is to look at the sent message and
then click view, then click all headers. After that the program seems to
remember to do that every time!

Thanx for your response. Another way was suggested - while viewing the
message in sent items, click view, then click all headers. After doing this,
the program seems to remember to do it every time!

Sam - I'm new to this discussion group stuff. I think I already sent you a
thank you. In case i didn't - THANX!!! It worked.

Anna

Which is what I said, right?

I have known about that for many years. It is Anna you should be telling
that to.

And thank you. Yes, that is the user-friendly way to do it. The Ctrl-F3 way
is the technical way and it shows everything. If "All Headers" shows you
what you need to see then do it that way. You can always turn it off and on
by toggling it; toggling means that it flips flops between on and off each
time you select "View | All Headers".

Where did I address my reply to you Sam?

I quoted Anna, not you.

Except somehow the reply shows in the thread as a reply to me. So we will
assume it is a mistake somehow.

Load of tosh, no mistake on my part.

The threading is based on POSTING time, not replies To:

Perhaps you have your view set so you do not see the hierarchy within
threads. I see a hierarchy within threads so that each reply is below and
indented from the message replied to. The hierarchy within threads is not
created by time nor by sender, except multiple replies to a message are
listed chronologically.

I have View by Conversation, sorted by Sent.

Same as you.

If you had only read the post that you questioned?
