How can I scan documents into Access

I am lookiing to find a way if possible to scan a document into Microsoft
Outlook or Access so that I can retrieve that document at a later date. I
would have multiple documents (quotes) from the same company. I would like
to organize them by company and date. I know that there is a program called
Domino that works with Lotus Notes. I am just wondering if there is a similar
product with Microsoft. Any help would be greatly apprecialted.
