I want to package my presentation up and have it viewable in a dvd format.
Short of out to the video camera and back in to the dvd editing software I
haven't figured it out. I would like to export my ppt file into a maneagable
clip or avi format. Any ideas would be appreciated

But is there any free copies of a program that will do this for someone that
is only doing this one time rather that have to shell out $100. I tried this
with Windows Movie maker but the sound didn't transfer over, and the two
programs I downloaded put "unlicensed version" in the middle of the
presentation until I bought the software.

Gsfalcon,

The Last time I looked... the camtasia software was on a free 30 day download. I don't believe it puts an "text /
copyright / camtasia / unlicensed version" in the video files.

What software did you try that did that?

I tried to use boilsoft ASF converter to turn the presentation into a dvd
video file and I also tried Powerpoint2DVD to burn directly to DVD. I will
try the camtasia one and let you know if it does the same thing.

Thanks

Have a try with ppt2dvd software, It's a good application and I think
that should meets your requirements.

Which part of:

"... and I also tried Powerpoint2DVD to burn directly to DVD"

didn't you understand?

Robots. Sheesh.
