How can I save Inbox box email to a cd sorted by the field from o.

I save all my inbox messages to a cd by month. When I want to access them I
would like them sorted by sender and date. How can I save the emails in this
format to a cd or my hard drive?

Save your PST to the CD. When you want to see the messages again, copy it
back to a folder on your hard drive, remove the read-only flag, and open it
in Outlook with File>Open>Outlook Data File.
