You're asking in the wrong place: this newsgroup is for the database
program Microsoft Access.
If you're in Word, select File... Save As; use the file dialog that
you'll see to navigate to your computer's A: drive (the usual
designation for diskettes). Name the file and save it there. If you're
having trouble doing so, please post a question in one of the Word
newsgroups.
You probably can't (key issue is 'with photo's'. Chances are that a word
document 'with photo's' is greater than 1.44mb, if so it just won't fit on a
floppy.
