Question makes no sense. All Outlook data resides in a single file, so there
is no way you could "delete a file" since there is only one. What did you
delete and how? Any Outlook item you delete would go to your Deleted Items
Folder.
If you deleted a single contact ITEM, restore it from the deleted items
folder. If you have emptied the deleted items from that folder, then
restore it from your most recent backup.
