How can I remove unwanted arrowheads from a PowerPoint table?

Struggling with a bug that I haven't had to contend with in a long time.
Don't recall solution. Lines in a PowerPoint table have unwanted arrowheads
and no amount of playing with the properties will remove them. Anybody
remember this one?

Thanks, John. Now I remember. Too bad it can't "retrofit" existing slides,
but at least all it is now is work, not frustration.

Go back and have another look here:

I've added a bit of VBA code that'll trot through all the slides in your
presentation and remove the arrowheads from each table.
