How can I print only the first page of an Outlook message

When I get a long message, sometimes I only want to print the first page, and
not waste paper. Is there a way to do this?
 
Open the message, then change the format to HTML. You will then have the
option to print specified pages.

Did you check the option to Edit the message on the Edit menu?
