How can I permanently place a file on clipboard for repeated use?

I am trying to find out how to place a generic email somewhere so I can use
it repeatedly to send out to clients. I will need to be able to modify the
email each time to tailor it to the client's name.

Right now, I have created a folder for this email. I have to copy and paste
it into a new email each time I want to send it, and I don't want to have to
deal with doing this every time.

Is there a quicker way?

Thanks for the help. Sarah.

I use Outlook and keep multiple copies of the "template" e-mail in the
Drafts folder. When I run low..I just make more copies. When I need
one, I just go to Drafts, open up the generic e-mail, make whatever
changes and send it on its way. Hope this helps.

Create a message containing the general message yuo want and save it as a
draft. Then when you want to send it, select it from the Drafts folder and
forward it. That will allow you to address it to your recipients and modify
the contents while retaining the original in the Drafts folder. If you send
it from the Drafts folder instead of forward, it won't be retained.
